His intimate knowledge of leading and learning, down-to-earth style, powerful message of empowerment has made him a highly sought after speaker and consultant. Dr. Morrison Danner earned the Doctorate of Philosophy degree in Educational Management from Hampton University, the Education Specialist degree from Oakland University, the Master of Arts and the Master of School Administration degrees from North Carolina Central University, and the Master of Divinity and the Bachelor of Arts in English Education degrees from Shaw University.

Having served as a music educator for over 15 years, Dr. Williams continues to inspire and motivate PK-16 students as an educational leader. His expertise in pedagogy and development and as a vocal artist provides him an authentic style of delivery as he empowers others in their leadership development. In 2009, Dr, Williams released his solo album "Word Up" with CareRecords Productions. Dr. Williams earned the Doctorate of Education degree in Organizational Leadership & Development and the Master of Education Administration degree from Grand Canyon University, and the Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education from Five Towns College.
